      Escribano español oriundo de Las Palmas (Canarias), que pasa a Chile en 1610. Hijo del Maestre de Campo e Inés de Castilla Rivero. Contrae matrimonio con Lorenza de Estrada (8.12.1634) . Se desempeñó como Escribano Público y de su Majestad, siendo parte de los ministros de la Real Audiencia de Chile, desde el restablecimiento en Santiago .
